You stay at any of our hundreds of beautiful resorts - most the same you'll find on Airbnb or Booking com for much higher costs. Prices quoted are for a standard 1 Bedroom "T1" for an adult couple - some larger family units T2 or T3 available at higher costs. All units are fully furnished and have full resort-style amenities, TV, pool, tennis, restaurant, bed linens, housekeeping, full kitchens with appliances, car parking, etc.

For a fixed cost of 10,000 - come to Sunny Southern Portugal for 11 months! You pick any 11 months. Yes, it can include July OR August, but not both July and August. 10,000 / 11 months = 909.090909 Euros per month. That is under 1000 USD per month for almost a year of luxury in the Sunny Algarve! Utilities are often included, some exceptions apply, check listings for details. Larger T2/T3/T4 Units and Villas that are over 909 per month will be clearly noted as such.

The exact unit is not guaranteed until you make full payment. You are guaranteed a "good" unit upon a 500 euro deposit. The deposit is refundable, if you do not stay, you do not pay. However, the "better" units (ocean views, pools, tennis, golf, etc) can and will be booked first, so do reserve your unit by making full payment. We suggest booking at least 6 months in advance. Next Steps: FOR RENTERS/DIGITAL NOMADS

1) Pick any 11 months, any calendar year, 8-10 months is ok, but rental term will always be 11 months.

2) Pick any Unit (first deposit, first served) from our listings on www.909portugal.com

3) Make a Deposit: 500 EURO (approx $600 USD).

4) Select Two Backup Units: 2nd and 3rd choice. All Units are wonderful, but better units such as those with Top Floor Ocean Views will book first. Your first choice will be only guaranteed if full amount is paid upfront.

5) Arrive in FAO Faro or LIS Lisbon Airport (we pick you up, or self-drive your rental car)

6) Visit all 3 units upon your arrival (if desired) and choose between the three if you did not pay in advance to guarantee your preferred unit.

7) Pay 9,500 euro, sign agreement, collect keys, move it. Go to the Beach. Quick and Easy!

8) That's it! No Hassles, no electric bills, no WiFi Installs, no Water Bills, No Commissions, No long Contracts. No headaches.

* most units are the same fixed cost 10,000 Euros (909/month x11) which is "all inclusive" for 11 months - some units do have extra fees such as parking, facilities charges, etc. which will be clearly noted in the listing.
